Commented Issue: I have MDT frontend installed but I can't get the welcome page to come up... [10109]

I have MDT frontend installed but can't get the welocme page to appear. Where do I click or what do I click on to bring up the welcome page?

I just noticed something, when I'm installing and get to the convert to application part there's not entry for Convert to application in my selctions, just add application and add virtual directory...
