Commented Issue: I have MDT frontend installed but I can't get the welcome page to come up... [10109]

I have MDT frontend installed but can't get the welocme page to appear. Where do I click or what do I click on to bring up the welcome page?

What SQL Server are you using SQL Express? 2008, 2008R2? Is it installed on the same server? Is TCP/IP enabled or just Named Pipes? If TCP/IP is enabled, is it listening on Port 1433, if not, is the SQL Browser started? Is there a filewall in place that blocks the port its listening on?
