Commented Issue: I have MDT frontend installed but I can't get the welcome page to come up... [10109]

I have MDT frontend installed but can't get the welocme page to appear. Where do I click or what do I click on to bring up the welcome page?

I'm using SQl Express 2008 64 bit and window server 2008 R2 standard and it's installed on the same server. Name pipes not TCP/IP, SQL broser is running and the firewall is off.
