Commented Issue: I have MDT frontend installed but I can't get the welcome page to come up... [10109]

I have MDT frontend installed but can't get the welocme page to appear. Where do I click or what do I click on to bring up the welcome page?

Yes, I created below Inetpub\wwwroot and application user has enough permissions

I convertered it to create an application.

Credential are correct.

Folder contains correct files.

I think what's screwing me up is how to creat the webpage name. I'll add the custom errors mode to the web.cinfig file and see what happens.
